First Aid When we get sprained ankle


Sprained ankle is one of the commonest accident when someone take an exercise,. May be itsn't deadly injury ,but the pain is very-very uncomfortable because of painful for use legs to walk or run.

Sprained foot ligament usually occurs when the muscles are interested in the outer boundary normal. Can happen when when you run, your feet slip into a hole or your feet tread not perfect after the jump. One way you can do is with the RICE method: Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevate. Rest is a rest from your activities. Ice is providing ice for 20 minutes three times a day. Compress here intended to bind the sprained it with a bandage / dressing elastic. Elevate is to lift the foot while lying down, try leg lifted up higher than the heart, if possible, during the 48 hours.

See your doctor immediately if you absolutely can not give what expenses even on a sprained foot, or if your feet swell and still hurt
